As an Organizational Leader, I believe that it is important make sure that leaders develop questions that have a strong foundation in what the leader believes are important components that make a great teacher. The Effective Instruction Interview Matrix is a tool I will use to help build meaningful interview questions that are based on components that I find to be most important to find the right teacher. Making LSE PBIS Behavior Matrix Guide
As an Educational Leader, it is important to give committee members a map or visual idea of what it is they are being asked to create. As an Organizational Leader, I believe that it is important to make sure that committee members have a clear idea and example of what they are trying to create so that their efforts are maximized.
