PBIS Committee Meeting Agenda
As an Educational Leader, it is important to be strategic about the way time is used during meetings. As a Strategic Leader, I believe that it is important make sure that we are able to develop a vision and a porous when working with people on a team. The Team Meeting Agenda is a tool that I use to make sure that my message and time are focused and properly spent. I used this agenda during our meeting to keep all members on track and focused on important information critical to the meeting success. As a leader I will use tools like the Team Meeting Agenda as a way to guide my team to make sure that we are on task and all moving in the same direction.

Reeve's Leadership Map
As an Educational Leader, it is important to be able to use data to identify which implemented strategies and interventions work well with struggling students. As a Strategic Leader, I believe that it is important to find and use tools to help track and keep data organized in ways that can easily be interpreted and understood. I organized this Leadership Map to help see what impacts the tried strategies/interventions have had on a student. I will use the Leadership Map presented by Reeve’s as a way to track and keep data organized to help identify what strategies are in fact successful based on Reeve’s Lucky, Leading, Losing, and Learning categories for likelihood of repeated success.

PBIS Committee Flowchart
As a member of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) team for my school, I am constantly learning and becoming more aware of how important it is to understand the balance and relationships between our building, students, teachers, administration, and PBIS systems. As a Strategic Leader, I believe it is important to find ways to share the vision and message of the PBIS committee to the rest of the school. It is important to show how all stakeholders are important parts of the process and not just bystanders. As a leader I will continue to find ways to share information with the school will help to create a better understanding of the impact and importance that PBIS systems have on the building, teaching, student, and administrative level.

Whole Staff Presentation of PBIS
As an Educational Leader and member of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) team for my school, I am continuously looking for ways to help inform staff of our committee’s vision and ideas for PBIS. As a Strategic Leader, I believe it is important to use technology when possible in order to reach a larger audience all at once. Googledoc’s Presentation program was used to help build an instructional “How to” session on implementing PBIS into teachers classrooms. I helped design the presentation as well as deliver it to our staff during a staff meeting. As a leader I will continue to find ways to share information with the school will help to create a better understanding of the impact and importance that PBIS systems have on the building, teaching, student, and administrative level.
